        At Benxi Museum, the group immersed themselves in Benxi’s red memories and historical changes. Exhibited cultural relics, precious old photos and vivid documents fully presented Benxi’s profound cultural accumulation and its magnificent revolutionary and development history. Guided by the commentator, participants learned about Benxi’s evolution under the Party’s leadership: from arduous wartime struggles and home‑building endeavours to transformation and vigorous growth in the new era. They deeply perceived the enduring red genes and the loyal fighting spirit passed down from generation to generation.

        From modern anti‑imperialist and anti‑feudal movements, to the Northeast Anti‑Japanese United Army’s bitter fights in snow‑covered forests against harsh cold, to industrial upgrading and urban‑rural transformation in the new era, touching historical episodes and heroic stories deeply moved every attendee. Reviewing predecessors’ unwavering struggles, everyone realized that today’s peaceful life and the enterprise’s sound development are hard‑won sacrifices of revolutionary martyrs, arousing sincere respect and gratitude.

       Subsequently, the delegation arrived at the solemn Benxi Martyrs Cemetery to honour fallen heroes. Amid green pines and cypresses stands the 18‑metre‑high Martyrs Monument. Relief sculptures reproduce the heroic battles of the Northeast Anti‑Japanese United Army. Dressed formally, Party members and key staff lined up, observed silence, bowed and laid flowers in solemn commemoration of martyrs’ noble feats and self‑sacrificing spirit.

       With martyrs resting among green hills, oaths witness original aspiration. Facing the bright red Party flag, all Party members raised their right fists and solemnly renewed their Party‑membership oath. Resolute pledges echoed through the cemetery as consolation to martyrs and commitment to missions. By revisiting the oath, participants re‑examined their original aspiration and sense of responsibility, strengthened political loyalty to the Party and determination to follow the Party, gaining powerful spiritual motivation for practical work.

       This red study‑tour brought spiritual refinement beyond conventional theoretical learning. Field‑based education delivered soul‑stirring Party‑history enlightenment. By inheriting red legacy and drawing strength from martyrs, staff were ideologically nurtured and spiritually elevated, and team cohesion and combat effectiveness were further strengthened.

They will translate red inspiration, fighting spirit and sense of responsibility into practical work outcomes, devoting themselves to posts with greater enthusiasm and pragmatic style.
